Close to beautiful Hamurana Springs and just across the road from Lake Rotorua you are welcomed to a wonderful location with no sulphur smell, year-round trout fishing, generous hospitality, heated spa, and a well appointed large bedroom with en suite bathroom, and all the facilities you would expect for your travelling comfort - including free wireless broadband.

Your New Zealand born hosts are Steve, a great personality, and Katherine, a superb cook, and together with our two school-age children, we thoroughly enjoy entertaining guests from around the world. With just four guest rooms you can be sure of personal attention in our genuine Kiwi family home.

Well-behaved children are welcome At Springwaters Lodge; our Mokoia room can be set up with three single beds and we have a cot available if required.
