There are many Bays and Beaches within walking distance or a short drive. The Whangarei Heads area is known for it's uncrowded and picturesque bays.

- HIGH SEASON (Dec-Jan, excluding Xmas & New Year above), All School Holidays: $300.00 per night/$1,750.00 per week
- MID SEASON (Feb to Easter, School Holidays, Oct/Nov): $200-250 per night/$1,000.00 to $1,500.00 per week
- LOW SEASON (May to Sept): $150-200 per night/$1,000-1,500 per week
