Paparoa Park Motel is on State Highway 6 between Greymouth and Westport, one of the world’s most spectacular drives. It is a convenient stop en route to Nelson/Picton or the Glaciers.
Our unique native bush setting, overlooking the Punakaiki River and Pancake Rocks with a natural glow-worm grotto on site will amaze you. Relax in natural timber studio units or choose a self contained cottage with separate bedrooms. Cooking facilities are available if you wish to prepare your own meal, however there are restaurants nearby.

Five Studio Units 1 to 5: $130-$150 for 2 persons.
All units have kitchenette and bathroom facilities, a queen size bed and one single bed. Also a private deck overlooking the bush.
Gordons Villa Unit 6: $130.00 -$150.00 for 2 persons.
This unit has a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and has a ‘million dollar’ view looking across to the Pancake Rocks/Blowholes and seascape. Self contained with kitchenette and bathroom.
The Cottage Unit 7: $160-$180 for up to 4 persons.
A self contained unit with three bedrooms, one with queen size bed, one with double bed and one with twin beds. Full kitchen facilities, a bathroom and dining/ lounge area. Caters for up to 6 persons.
Pete’s Place Unit 8: $200-$220 for up to 4 persons.
A self contained two bedroom unit, one with queen size bed, one with twin beds and a single bed in the spacious lounge dining area. An excellent view over to the Pancake Rocks/Blowholes and seascape
Additional fold down beds can be provided as required in all units.
