The complex is set on 4.5 hectares of coastal/rural land with spectacular views of Te Kouma Harbour from every cottage. We are surrounded by a 560-acre deer and cattle farm and have a unique resort-type lifestyle here, which we invite you to come and share with us.

Take advantage of our free leisure activities, eg kayaks and canoes, fishing, nature walks, large covered BBQ area (seats 20), games room, pool table, petanque. Relax by the swimming pool or use as a base to explore the wonders of the Coromandel Peninsula.

We have 6 self-contained cottages with 1 to 2 bedrooms, which sleep between 2-8 people.

A 2-bedroom lodge sleeps up to 21 (wonderful for large family groups, fishing or school groups) and a deluxe lodge cabin with private swimming pool, washing machine, BBQ, etc sleeps up to 6 people.

The range of accommodation and facilities including those provided by nature make this an ideal spot to enjoy a real holiday, a wedding venue, or a team-building conference.

Enjoy the day, then sit on your deck and watch the boats as the sun sets on the harbour.

What to do on site

• Set on 6 hectares with a mix of farmland and bush clad hills.
• There is a pond on the edge of the bush and the perimeter track is 20-min walk.
• The accommodation is a 5-min walk to the harbour and there are walkways along the shore and also in to the hills and bush.
• You may see pheasants, quail, peacocks, ducks, geese, rosellas or kakas as well as our pet animals and poultry.
• Kayaks are available for your use.
• For the fishermen there is boat parking, a boat cleaning facility and fish cleaning facilities.
• If you require a charter for fishing this can be arranged.
• For the children we provide a play area just below the cottages and there is a sand pit and various constructions designed for children's imaginations.
• The BBQ area is fully covered and is designed as either a social area or a conference venue for up to 20.
• Adjoining the BBQ area is a games room which includes a pool table.

Tariffs vary from $30-$40pp for accommodation in "Grape" (if you supply own linen) or $30 pp with linen supplied; through to cottages $110- $150 for 2 people and $25 for each additional adult. The deluxe Log Cabin is from $250.
