Karikari Peninsula is a relatively untouched piece of paradise, raw and natural, yet has the all the facilites required for ease of living! The peninsula is 20kms long with Matai Bay at the end and numerous other beaches along its coastline.
Each uniquely different and all very accessible. It is home to Carrington Estate which offers a world renown 18 hole golf course and boutique accomodation and dining on one side and there Karikari Estate winery/cafe on the other side.
Just up the road from our property is a very well maintained pitch and put golf course.
Tokerau beach is home to the world kite surfing contests so there is there is kitesurfing lessons, fishing and dive charters which are all able to be booked through the local information centre at the Whatuwhiwhi shopping centre on the peninsula.
