Offering a unique Bed & Breakfast experience in a lovingly restored 1910 villa. Enjoy a peek into the museum of early pioneer farming displayed in the century-old stables and hear stories of local history related by your host - a 4th generation Kiwi. Stroll around the garden and feed the hand reared deer. Marvel at the simplicity of early stationary motors, a 1946 Ford Jailbar pickup truck and a 1951 Sunbeam Talbot motor car.
Location
We are located right in the heart of the Te Mata wine region, only minutes from the picturesque village of Havelock North. The added attractions of the Art Deco city of Napier and the world famous gannet sanctuary of Cape Kidnappers are nearby. For those keen fishermen the Tukituki River provides nationally acclaimed trout fishing. In close proximity are numerous walking and cycling tracks, Te Mata Peak and along the Tukituki River stopbank.

- The 'Walnut room' with Californian /King bed, ensuite,
television and tea/coffee facility. - The 'Chaise room' with Queen bed, vanity, chaise-longue, private
bathroom, bath & shower, and tea/coffee facility.
We also have a twin/share bedroom available.
