- This accommodation is available for a minimum 3 days - 8 week stay.
The weekly rate includes electricity, hot water and Sky TV - Telephone connection (free local calls) and high speed internet service are charged at $NZ10 per week
Extended stay furnished self-contained budget apartment rental:
- Our fully furnished and equipped apartments can be let based on a minimum stay of 4 weeks.
- Additional telephone, cleaning, linen supply, high-speed Internet and electricity connection fees apply.

Special weekly extended stay rates for serviced or just furnished apartments (for more than a 4 weeks stay) are subject to availability and advanced reservation.
A one time cleaning charge of NZ$40 will be debited to tenant's account on departure. Any damage to the apartment, its equipment or furniture as a result of tenant mishandling of the apartment will be debited to the tenant's account on departure.
